Which chapter in World History did you enjoy most this year and why?
I enjoyed Roman history and all of the Greek mythology; I liked it the most because I have always enjoyed Greek gods and the Romans. I loved the things that they did like how the Romans governed themselves and their activities. It was a fantastic time. The Romans and Greeks were my favorite and will always be my favorite.
Describe some of the things that you learned in that chapter. Is there a project that you completed that you enjoyed working on?
The things that I learned from the Roman history chapter was the coliseum, I really liked how they had a huge structure like this! No tools, no electric, no power! Just plain man made, I find this very unbelievable! The coliseum also amazes me because they used to fill it with water and have water battles! They also made different things like an irrigation system and many houses. This fascinated me a lot!
What new skills have you learned throughout the year?
New skills that I learned throughout the year are things like how to do different presentations and teamwork. I learned things like you have to work with everyone even though you may not like it. I also learned different and cool presentations, like Photopeach. I have learned about many other religions. I have learned about Chinese religion, Indian religion, and some Greek. We also learned some Egyptian.
How can you apply this knowledge to the real world?
For learning about presentations you can apply this to the real world like when you get a job and if it requires presentations, you could use this skill to do more interesting. You could also use some of the skills like teamwork because if you work with some people you might not necessarily like you will know that you just have to try and you can use these skills.
